We bring over 20+ years of combined experience sourcing, planning and managing events of all sizes.

VENUE FINDER 

 

We’re here to find the perfect venue for you. Just give us your brief and we will work to your timescales to provide at least 3 suitable venues for your event in a detailed proposal. This will include all the cost savings we have negotiated, as we secure the best rates available, but without compromising on quality or service. 

 

Whether you are looking for venue to host your warehouse, club event, birthday party, conference or meeting  venue, a place to hold your product launch, exhibition or dance class,  you can find it with us. 

 

 

EVENT PRODUCTION

AV, security, stage build, lighting, catering, bars,  Dj equipment , branding, event registration, bar, signage, design, website design, Design, printing, Siu Siu Domes, promotions, marketing, temp staff, pr staff, video and photography. 

BAR, MIXOLOGY & CATERING 

 

Whether you need a concept bar, a 'pod' or a Citroen H van for a smaller event or a 100 metre bar for a large scale concert or sporting event, we will design a bar and the menu to meet your needs. Alternatively, we’ll manage and operate a bar in your venue or at your event on your behalf.

 

We sell recognised, quality brands on our bars but we’re happy to work with your drinks sponsors or source specific products to suit your event.

We’ll build, dress and brand a bar to your specification and, in line with our own environmental policy, we’ll work with you to achieve your environmental and sustainability targets.

 

What’s more, you can be certain that our bars will always be more than adequately staffed, that your customers will be served by smiling and efficient people and that the bars will convey the quality and personality of your event.

Our Event division is used to supplying bulk staff as well as short notice cover and will react to the very best of our ability. No requirement is too large or small.

All applicants are interviewed at length and all must provide references so that we can place them with the utmost confidence.

 

We have a bank of regular temporary staff and  therefore, we can supply the same member with a regular client whenever possible.
