Located moments from London Fields Station, Noir Industrial Warehouse is a spacious lower-ground venue defined by raw concrete textures, exposed brickwork, and a clean open-plan layout. Combining warehouse architecture with a stripped-back industrial aesthetic, the space offers a versatile backdrop for both creative and commercial events.

High ceilings, natural light, and expansive concrete floors give the venue a strong architectural character while still feeling adaptable and minimal. The open layout allows the space to be transformed easily for everything from exhibitions, supper clubs, and pop-up stores to photography shoots, filming, ticketed events, and brand activations.

Accessible via both lift and wide stair access, the venue also includes changing rooms, toilets, PA/music speakers, and the option to hire additional studio spaces if required.
