A bright, design-led studio space that balances clean contemporary finishes with subtle industrial character. The interior is anchored by a high vaulted ceiling with white-painted beams, while light oak flooring runs throughout to give a warm, neutral base for builds and set design. One exposed brick wall adds texture and contrast, and large Crittall-style windows flood the space with soft, even daylight- ideal for shoots that rely on consistent natural lighting.

The layout is intentionally open and uncluttered, allowing for flexible zoning across production, styling and client areas. A built-in catering kitchen and private green room support longer shoot days or small-scale events, making it a practical choice for both creative and commercial use.
