Loft Studio 5 is a large, ground-floor creative and event space at Loft Studios in Kensal Green, distinguished by its L-shaped layout and combination of industrial finishes. Exposed brickwork, distressed plaster walls and polished concrete flooring create a raw, textural backdrop, while white-painted brick and a substantial white cove introduce a brighter, more minimal element. Arched windows bring natural daylight into the room, and the open-plan arrangement provides plenty of flexibility for production teams, event organisers and brands looking to build a setting around their own creative direction.

A standout feature is the cove with its adjoining white floor and wall, making the studio particularly practical for photography, filming, product campaigns and set builds. Drive-in access simplifies the movement of equipment, props and larger installations, while the generous floor area can also be configured for exhibitions, brand activations, receptions and parties. Active speakers and kitchen and dining facilities add to the room’s versatility, supporting both production-led bookings and events that require space for guests to gather.

Studio 5 accommodates up to 400 standing guests and has a particularly useful relationship with the other spaces around it. Located directly beneath Studio 4, it connects via interior and exterior staircases, while large concertina doors provide direct access to the outdoor Studio courtyard. These connections make it possible to create a larger event footprint with distinct indoor and outdoor zones, or to separate production, hospitality and guest areas. Studio 5 can be booked on its own or combined with Studio 4 and the courtyard as part of the wider Loft Studios complex.
