The Middle Club Room, Angel

The Middle Club Room is a self-contained nightclub space set within a former industrial warehouse in Angel. Its long, narrow proportions, high ceilings and exposed steel beams create an enclosed, warehouse-style atmosphere, with dark-painted walls and a rugged concrete and cobblestone floor giving the room its stripped-back character. Designed around a central dancefloor, the space offers an intimate setting for DJ-led nights, underground parties and music-focused events, with a dedicated bar and separate seating area allowing guests to move between dancing and more relaxed socialising.

Equipped with a full sound and lighting rig, The Middle Club Room is ready for club programming and private events that call for a more immersive environment. The room can also be adapted into a blank-canvas setting for alternative event formats, with its dark interior providing a flexible backdrop for installations, brand activations and creative productions. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available, and organisers can bring their own DJ and play their own music, subject to the venue’s noise restrictions. Separate toilets add to the room’s self-contained layout, making it practical for events that operate independently of the surrounding spaces.

The Middle Club Room is one of eight individual spaces within a substantial warehouse venue spanning five levels and more than 30,000 sq ft. It can be hired independently or incorporated into a larger event alongside the building’s other club rooms, event spaces and courtyard. The wider complex offers the option of combining selected rooms or hiring the entire venue for a full-scale takeover, with a late licence until 6am daily. The Middle Club Room itself is licensed until 5am, with extensions available.
