London Bridge station is a 6 minute walk away. This is a unique warehouse space of 3500 sq ft. It consists of one large main room with extremely high ceilings and an abundance of natural light.

There is also a green room, toilets, storage, sound system facilities, sliding doors and a kitchenette.
