The space lends itself particularly well to filming, unit bases and logistical-heavy projects, but can easily be adapted for outdoor events, pop-ups or temporary installations. With the ability to accommodate storage containers and overnight setups, it’s a practical, no-frills site that prioritises flexibility and ease of use.
