The Roof top was born from a simple idea: that the best moments happen when people come together in unexpected places. We took an overlooked rooftop on the 8th floor of Kingsbourne House — right above Holborn Station — and turned it into Holborn's only open-air rooftop bar

has become a favourite among Holborn locals, city professionals, and curious Londoners looking for something different. We're not trying to be the biggest or the loudest — we've created a space that feels genuinely warm, where the food is honest, the cocktails are thoughtful, and the view does the rest

Our kitchen draws from the eastern Mediterranean — Greek, Turkish, and Levantine traditions — with a focus on fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and the joy of sharing. Every dish is designed to be passed around the table.

Behind the bar, our team crafts seasonal cocktails that reflect the same philosophy: ingredients with intention, served with warmth. From rosemary gin to pomegranate spritz, each drink tells a story of the coast.
