A raw, industrial warehouse space set within the Low Profile Studios complex, this venue is built for high-impact, immersive events with a strong underground edge. Located on the first floor, the space leans into a stripped-back, warehouse aesthetic: dark, expansive and intentionally minimal, allowing lighting, sound and production to completely transform the environment. 

Blackout capability enhances the atmosphere, making it particularly suited to late-night programming, club events and performances where control over light and mood is key.

The interior carries that classic warehouse character- open floor, high ceilings and a slightly gritty finish- giving it the flexibility to operate as a blank canvas for builds, staging and creative direction. It’s a space that naturally lends itself to electronic music events, immersive productions and experimental setups, but is equally adaptable for private parties, filming and rehearsals.

With a powerful four-point Martin Audio sound system, Funktion-One booth monitors and industry-standard DJ equipment, the venue is fully equipped for music-led events straight out of the box. A fully staffed bar, cloakroom and security team are included, ensuring smooth delivery for larger-scale nights. The late licence, running through to 5am, reinforces its position as a go-to for underground club culture and after-hours events.
