A compact, characterful studio space that leans into a more intimate, tactile atmosphere, designed as much for creative expression as it is for connection. The space blends East London’s industrial heritage with a softer, more organic finish: exposed beams, painted block walls and raw concrete are layered with warm-toned textiles, rugs, plants, and sculptural lighting. The result is a cosy, immersive environment that feels intentionally lived-in rather than stripped back.

The layout is low-to-medium ceilinged, with distinct zones formed through mirrors, lighting, and a small raised platform, ideal for shoots, rehearsals, or stripped-back performances. A sculptural mezzanine and reclaimed spiral staircase add visual interest and depth, while vintage furniture on wheels allows the space to be easily reconfigured. It’s particularly well-suited to gatherings centred around movement, listening, and creative exchange: workshops, intimate sessions, or community-led events that benefit from a more grounded, informal setting.

Fully equipped for both production and small-scale events, the studio includes a PA system for playback and live audio, soundproofing for recording, and flexible backdrops for quick scene changes. A tea bar on site adds to the welcoming, community-driven feel, with light refreshments available.
