All Around Events | Events Coordinator | Job


· Offering complete event management service, budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring necessary permits, arranging production, event security, catering, coordinating with third party vendors, and emergency plans.


· Outsourcing venues for various clients for private, cooperate and Live Events, dry hire or wet hire and assisting of coordinating the logistics from start to finish


· Offering to our clients, Staffing for their events, security, door staff, bar staff, entertainment, dancers etc


· Issuing contracts and invoices

· Chasing payments

· Ensuring all bookings are confirmed and payments are done

· Create good relationship with all our suppliers and vendors

· Keep all venue, staffing, suppliers record up to date


· Outsourcing new business for AAE

· Find new bespoke venues

You will be the first contact of all inquiries coming through for venues, suppliers etc. Once you have identified their needs, you will need to outsource from venue to suppliers to staffing, marketing, design etc.

Furthermore, outsourcing new spaces for our clients, organising site visit, view premises and then agree if we will take them on or not on board with our company, liaise with the Digital Marketing department to market the venues on AAE social media and list it on AAE website.

Is important to source new business for AAE related to this industry., for example on our fan pages we get people posting their events anything from dance to corporate would be good to approach them to offer our services from venue, to staffing, etc.
