JOB SPEC:  EVENTS & MARKETING ASSISTANT – ALL AROUND EVENTS

1. EVENT MANAGEMENT  

Offering complete event management service, budgeting, scheduling, site selection, acquiring necessary permits, arranging decor, event security, catering, coordinating with third party vendors, and emergency plans.

2. VENUE FINDER

Outsourcing venues for various clients for private, cooperate and Live Events, dry hire or wet hire and assisting of coordinating the logistics from start to finish 

3. MARKETING  

  • Support the Manager with all aspects of Social Media Marketing

  • Maintain the website

  • In charge of SEO 

  • Working with Events Manager to create exciting content 

  • Promote brand- focused messages

  • Carry out reports on Goggle etc                                                                                                                         

  • Creating effect marketing campaigns for clients projects 

4. SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Management of all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter)

  • Increasing social media presence through all social media accounts

  • Create, plan and manage the content plan

  • Produce on brand creative content to engage users and acquire new customers

  • Coordinate organic and boosted social media messages in line with the Marketing plan, advertisement & brand.

  • Work closely with the Manager to deliver successful campaigns.

5. GENERAL

  • Issuing contracts and invoices

  • Chasing payments         

  • Keep financial records up to date
