Occupying the fifth floor of a former steelworks warehouse in Angel, The Penthouse is a striking, light-filled event space with a scale and atmosphere quite different from the venue’s underground club rooms. Its expansive open-plan layout is framed by large factory windows and overhead skylights, drawing natural daylight across the space and making the most of its industrial architecture. The combination of impressive height, generous proportions and a bright, open interior creates a distinctive blank canvas for fashion shows, brand launches, exhibitions, conferences, filming and large-scale private events.

The Penthouse’s uninterrupted floor area offers considerable freedom when it comes to event design and production. Its long, open layout can accommodate catwalks, installations, exhibition stands, dining arrangements and large audience configurations, with multiple seating formats available to suit the brief. Whether used as a dramatic setting for a fashion presentation, a daylight photography location or a large-scale brand showcase, the space offers room to create a considered environment without losing its industrial character. 

The Penthouse is one of eight distinctive spaces within a wider 30,000 sq ft warehouse venue, arranged across five floors and offering a total capacity of approximately 1,600. It can be booked as a standalone event space or incorporated into a full-venue takeover, bringing together the building’s club rooms, reception areas and other event spaces under one booking. With four dedicated club spaces, professional sound and lighting facilities and a late licence until 6am daily, the wider complex can accommodate everything from daytime creative productions to multi-room events that continue late into the night.
