A rare large-scale open-air site in the heart of Shoreditch, this expansive space offers over 20,000 sqft of fully flexible event ground directly opposite Boxpark. The setting is raw and urban- wide open concrete, industrial edges and uninterrupted sightlines- creating a true blank canvas for high-impact builds, immersive activations and large-format events. 

Its central location places it right in the middle of East London’s creative energy, making it particularly strong for culturally driven events, brand takeovers and public-facing experiences.

The scale of the site allows for full customisation, from staging and installations to multi-zone layouts incorporating bars, food vendors and performance areas. A large inflatable marquee can be introduced to the space, providing covered structure without losing the openness of the site. 

With wide vehicle access, strong infrastructure and secure gating, it’s equally suited to major production unit bases, offering the capacity to house crew, vehicles and equipment while remaining close to key filming locations.
