Unique Canalside Outdoor Space, Hoxton

Set along the canal in Hoxton, this multi-zoned outdoor venue offers a flexible, waterside setting shaped by movement between distinct spaces. Built around Regent’s Canal, it combines floating structures, open yards, and elevated terraces, creating a layout that feels dynamic and slightly unconventional.

At its core is the dock and modular pontoon system, accessed via a raised platform and extending directly onto the water. This floating element introduces a unique, interactive dimension- well-suited to product showcases, performances, and visually led events. Surrounding this, the yard provides a more grounded, industrial space, often used for arrivals, installations, or as a central gathering point.

Above, a rooftop terrace overlooks the canal, offering a more contained setting with open views and a softer atmosphere, while a smaller internal courtyard adds another layer for breakout use or quieter moments within the wider site.
