Sui-Shi Domes specialise in the design and manufacture of highly distinguishable Domes. The Domes are unique in style and appearance and will add an exceptional dimension and personality to your event. Available for hire.
Whatever your event the Domes can be designed to suit every occasion. The Tulip Domes can be set up to create a satellite space or joined together via interconnecting tunnels. The sailing technology and sailing fabric in the domes gives them their unique shape which allows the covers to fit beautifully over the frames.
We offer a full bespoke hire service for your event. We will spend time to make sure you have everything you need prior to your event and on the day our team will make it all come to life!
EVENT PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
Our professional team can help plan the specifics of your event and make suggestions to help improve upon your ideas. With expert experience from the best UK & Worldwide festivals, we can provide a consultancy service on the production and the theme of your event.
EVENT DESIGN

HIRE SERVICE
The Domes can be hired on a short or long term hire period with a minimum of a weekend hire. Our hire costs cover the installation and take down service. We do charge additional transport and delivery fees which are mileage dependant plus a damage waiver charge which will be refunded at the end of the hire period. A deposit of 50% is required to complete a booking, the further 50% is required 7 days prior to the event. In the event of a cancellation from the hirer 28 days prior to the event the deposit will be retained by Sui-Shi Domes.
Sui-Shi Domes can offer a variety of ‘add-on’ services to ensure your event has all areas covered. If you need additional services such as catering, tables, chairs, lighting, heating and flowers. We have a list of preferred suppliers and can arrange these services for you. In addition our team are experienced in some the best UK and worldwide festivals and we will be happy to discuss and further your creative production ideas.
HEATING
If your event takes place in Winter you may require additional heating. Indoor and outdoor heating options in colder climates are available and they consist of patio gas heaters, fan gas burners and electric panel heaters.
POWER
We work closely with Firefly Solar who provide emission free, sustainable power generators. Firefly Solar have revolutionised live events and can power small productions to main stages using zero-emission technology.Their solar powered generators actively support our sustainable ethos and can be hired in to suit your event if required.
LIGHTING MENU
Lighting is an essential element of your event and a true passion of ours. We would be happy to work with you to create a special unique solution for your needs. We can supply internal lighting for the Domes and environmental lighting to create an atmosphere in a whole space if required.
