A vast, multi-unit industrial site set within a former laundrette, offering 8,000 sq ft of raw, production-ready space just minutes from London Bridge. Split across three interconnected units, the venue delivers a layered, immersive environment, where each area brings a different tone- from heavy-duty warehouse aesthetics to more contained, atmospheric rooms.

Original machinery, exposed pipework, graffitied walls and aged brickwork run throughout, giving the space a distinctly gritty, filmic quality that works equally well for high-impact events and large-scale productions.

Unit 29 forms the core of the venue: a striking warehouse with pitched ceilings, skylights (blackout optional), and drive-in access, making it ideal for builds, installations, and statement-led events. Around it, Unit 31 expands the footprint with a mix of industrial rooms, low-beamed spaces, and breakout areas across two floors, well-suited to multi-room programming, screenings, or layered guest experiences. Unit 33 operates as a fully functional back-of-house zone, supporting everything from catering and cloakroom to green rooms and production offices.
