A large-scale, performance-led venue with a clean, architectural feel, this space is built for flexibility across both live and corporate formats. The room has high ceilings, exposed concrete flooring and acoustic wall panelling, creating a neutral, industrial backdrop that can be easily adapted to different event styles. 

A raised stage anchors the space, complete with a large projection screen and integrated PA system, making it equally suited to conferences, screenings and live performances. 

Black draping at the performance end allows the room to shift in tone, while a ceiling-mounted disco ball adds a subtle club-ready edge when the format moves into evening. Fully soundproofed and temperature-controlled, the venue transitions seamlessly from seated daytime use to high-energy standing events.
